Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Web App Developer with expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our dynamic team. As a developer, you will play a key role in building robust web applications, improving user experience, and optimizing performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless front-end and back-end integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using Node.js (back-end) and React.js (front-end).

• Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications across different devices and platforms.
• Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create beautiful, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Implement best practices for code quality, version control (Git), and automated testing.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality and user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest web development trends, libraries, and technologies.

Salary: $650/month + TPB (Team Pool Bonus). The TPB represents 12% of the company profit (generated from the team) divided among the number of active staff members.
