The ideal candidate will have experience in bidding, client communication, proposal writing, and securing projects in the digital media, marketing, design, 2D & 3D animation, and modeling sectors

Create and optimize Nixon Media’s Upwork profile to attract potential clients.

Write and submit compelling proposals to win projects.

Identify high-potential clients and maintain strong relationships.

Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

Stay updated on Upwork trends and best practices to maximize success.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality project execution.

Requirements:
