We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Upwork Bidder / Closer who can generate leads and close deals with international clients.

📍 Location: Kazimabad, Model Colony, Near Opposite Jinnah International Airport, Karachi

🕒 Timing: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Mon–Sat)

💰 Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 Plus Commission (High earning potential)

💼 Experience: 1 to 2 Years | Job Type: Full-Time

🎯 Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience in Upwork/Freelancer bidding

Strong command of proposal writing and client communication

Excellent verbal and written English skills

Proven ability to close deals (chat & calls)

Confidence in handling international clients on calls

Experience in software house or digital marketing agency

Basic understanding of Graphic Designing & Video Editing projects

✅ Good knowledge of Mobile Application Development (Flutter / Android / iOS)

Strong sales mindset and negotiation skills

💼 Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other platforms

Write customized, high-converting proposals

Communicate with clients via chat and calls

Close deals independently (chat + voice calls)

Handle international clients professionally

Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts

Coordinate with development & design teams

Understand client requirements related to mobile apps and digital services

Build long-term client relationships
