Role Overview

As an Upwork Bidder, you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands client psychology, communicates persuasively, and thrives in a results-driven environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms

• Write customized, high-converting proposals

• Communicate with prospects professionally and confidently

• Understand client requirements and align them with our services

• Maintain follow-ups and nurture leads

• Close deals and hand off clients to our delivery team

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Upwork bidding (preferred)

• Strong English communication skills

• Sales mindset + negotiation ability

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Understanding of tech/digital services

Compensation

• Base salary + performance-based commissions
