We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder/SalesPerson who understands how the freelancing industry works and can handle the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bid on filtered and relevant Upwork jobs

- Communicate confidently with clients via English chat and calls

- Understand and explain design & development services to clients

- Convert leads into projects

- Manage end-to-end project flow: (bidding → conversion → coordination with the production team → delivery assurance)

Requirements:

- Proven 3+ experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role

- Strong understanding of web/app design & development services

- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

- Ability to coordinate between clients and internal teams

- Self-motivated and target-oriented

Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6, Karachi

Shifts: Night

Timing: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Working Days: 5-day work week

Probation: 3 Months

Compensation: Market Competitive Salary
