Key Responsibilities:

• Searching for and identifying relevant blockchain development projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Writing, customizing, and submitting high-quality proposals and bids for projects.
• Understanding client requirements and communicating our technical capabilities effectively.
• Communicating with potential clients to clarify project details and negotiate terms.
• Maintaining a high success rate in winning bids.
• Collaborating with the development team to ensure project requirements are understood before bidding.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, specifically in the IT or software development industry.
• A solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, and related concepts.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to craft persuasive and tailored proposals.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
