We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder who can generate quality leads and win projects through Upwork. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in proposal writing, client communication, and profile optimization to secure consistent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid on Upwork projects daily according to company services
• Write custom, high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements
• Communicate with international clients via Upwork messages
• Understand client needs and coordinate with technical teams
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up with prospects
• Optimize Upwork profile, portfolio, and keywords
• Achieve monthly lead and conversion targets
