Hiring: Upwork Bidder (Graphic Design Projects)

Location: Karachi

Night Shift 8pm-4am

We're looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder (1–2 years) to help grow our graphic design business and secure quality projects on Upwork.

 Requirements

• Strong English communication skills

• Experience writing winning proposals

• Knowledge of Upwork bidding and lead generation

• Ability to communicate with clients professionally

 Responsibilities

• Identify and apply for relevant graphic design jobs

• Communicate with potential clients.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into projects

• Support the growth of our new Pakistan-based Upwork profile

  Target

• Monthly sales target: $2,000

  Compensation

• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000

• Plus 7% commission on closed projects
