AgentraX.net is a fast-growing AI startup that helps solopreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses build and deploy autonomous AI agents in just 30 seconds — no coding required. We're looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder who can help us win high-quality clients consistently on Upwork and other freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily search and shortlist relevant job postings on Upwork (mainly AI, automation, SaaS, web development, and no-code projects).
• Craft highly personalized, winning proposals that stand out from 50+ other bidders.
• Handle client negotiations, follow-ups, and close deals.
• Maintain high proposal win rate and track performance (connects used, response rate, etc.).
• Understand our product deeply and highlight how AgentraX can solve client problems.
• Work with the team to create reusable proposal templates and case studies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork bidder/proposal writer (minimum 6-12 months).
• Excellent English writing skills with persuasive copywriting ability.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, no-code platforms, and freelance marketplace dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Experience winning $500–$5000+ projects is a big plus.
