Are you an expert in Upwork & Fiverr with a proven track record of winning projects and generating revenue? Nixon Media is looking for a Freelance Marketplace Specialist to manage our profiles, secure high-value projects, and grow our presence on leading freelancing platforms.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.

Research, identify, and bid on relevant projects to generate leads.

Write compelling proposals and craft persuasive gig descriptions.

Communicate with potential clients and convert leads into long-term contracts.

Develop strategies to improve ranking, visibility, and conversion rates on Fiverr & Upwork.

Track performance metrics and improve proposal success rates.

Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in managing Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.

Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

Excellent proposal writing & negotiation skills.

Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content writing services.

Knowledge of Fiverr gig optimization & Upwork bidding strategies.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
