Requirements:

Strong UI design portfolio showing real-world projects and design thinking

Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools

Hands-on experience across the full UX lifecycle

Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge (a plus!)

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or relevant field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design & development

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum teams

Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
