Hiring UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

Design and develop UI/UX solutions for web and mobile platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Design and Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of working experience as a UI UX Designer.

Excellent knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD and Figma.

Proven hands-on experience with HTML5 and CSS3, demonstrating a solid foundation in web technologies.

A Portfolio featuring diverse UI/UX design projects for both mobile and web platforms, showcasing the ability to deliver impactful and user-centric solutions.

Adaptable team player with the capability to thrive independently, demonstrating flexibility in various collaborative settings.

Effective collaboration skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to discuss and articulate design choices clearly.

Proven multitasking abilities, coupled with strong time management skills, ensuring efficient and organized project execution.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Arabic language is an advantage;

Excellent organizational and time management skills; and

Excellent interpersonal skills.
