Job Title: Trainee Engineering Site

Location: Karachi

Requirements:

Bachelors of Electrical/Electronics

Knowledge of solar sector is a plus

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily site execution and supervision of solar PV installation works as per drawings and specifications.

Support installation of mounting structures, solar modules, inverters, LT panels, transformers, and associated equipment.

Assist in DC/AC cable laying, termination, earthing, and basic electrical testing activities.

Monitor contractor work progress and report technical or execution issues to senior engineers.

Maintain daily progress reports, material records, and basic project documentation.

Coordinate with civil, electrical teams, contractors, and site management for smooth workflow.

Support testing, commissioning activities, and preparation of as-built and handover documents.

Note: Starting package is 45k (6 months contract), increment applicable on performance after contract period. Pick & Drop and Food applicable.
