We are looking for a Textile Sourcing Manager with a strong background in supplier management, procurement strategy, and quality assurance — especially for global clients like Home Depot and Walmart.

🧵 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals

• Negotiate contracts and manage end-to-end sourcing processes

• Conduct market research to identify new trends and sourcing opportunities

• Ensure legal, regulatory, and policy compliance across all sourcing activities

• Oversee social compliance audits and PSI inspections for Karachi-based factories

• Drive cost-saving initiatives and process optimizations

• Track performance metrics to ensure supplier efficiency and shipping deadlines

• Manage procurement operations: POs, invoices, and vendor performance reviews

✅ Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in textile sourcing/procurement

• Proven experience working with high-profile retail clients

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, cost analysis, and compliance

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills
