Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and technical proposals under direct supervision.
- Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers, ensuring clarity and timely follow-ups.
- Product hunting from local & international suppliers with precise technical specifications.
- Create, maintain, and organize well-formatted documents, presentations, and bid files.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy in pricing, compliance, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain sales trackers, proposal templates, and supplier databases.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF tools, and professional email drafting.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent technical proposal writing, product sourcing, and presentation skills.
