About the Role
UHF Solutions is looking for a Technical Business Analyst who has a strong background in Computer Science, System Design, and Architecture. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into detailed system and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to design scalable solutions.
- Work on system architecture diagrams, workflows, and use cases.
- Conduct impact analysis for new features and system changes.
- Support QA and UAT processes by clarifying requirements.
- Ensure solutions meet both business objectives and technical feasibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with UML, ERDs, or system modeling tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a hybrid technical/functional role is a plus.
