A Tech Sight LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Upwork Bidder with 3+ years of proven success in writing quality cover letters that get replies, inboxes, and meetings.

Location: Karachi – Onsite (Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-C)

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Timings: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Compensation: Market Competitive + Sales Commission

Monthly Target: $3K – $5K in revenue contribution

Key Responsibilities:

• Write tailored proposals daily on Upwork for Web, CMS, UI/UX, SEO services
• Get qualified replies/inboxes & schedule client meetings
• Collaborate with the Closer to finalize deals
• Maintain and report weekly KPIs
