Responsibilities

• User Research & Insights: Lead user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Design Strategy: Translate business goals and user insights into design strategies that drive product success.
• UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and data scientists, to ensure designs meet user and business needs.
• Design System Management: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and fostering growth within the team.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to refine and validate designs.
• Accessibility Compliance: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
• Research Skills: Expertise in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Collaboration: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and lead design teams.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to solve complex design challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion design or animation.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data visualization design principles.
• Experience in designing for AI-driven applications.
