Senior SDR / Demand Generation Specialist (Remote – U.S. Timezones)

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Senior SDR / Demand Gen Specialist to help us build a predictable sales pipeline. You’ll be the driving force behind generating high-quality leads for our sales team—reaching out to founders, CTOs, and hiring managers of U.S.-based startups and tech companies.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and build lead lists of startup decision-makers in our ICP (CTOs, VPs, Founders)
• Launch personalized cold email + LinkedIn campaigns with 100+ touches/day
• Manage outreach tools like Apollo, Instantly, Clay, SalesNav
• Constantly test subject lines, offers, and CTAs to improve reply/conversion rates
• Book qualified meetings (SQLs) for our closers and track progress in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Collaborate with marketing to align on messaging, case studies, and lead magnets
• Stay obsessed with the numbers (open rate, reply rate, booking rate)

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience as an SDR / BDR targeting U.S. or European markets
• Proven track record of generating 10–15+ qualified leads/week
• Excellent copywriting skills with a flair for engaging, personalized outreach
• Strong understanding of tools like:Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Bonus: GoHighLevel, Notion CRM, Slack
• Timezone overlap with U.S. (EST/PST) is a must
• Startup scrappiness, initiative, and extreme ownership mindset.
