Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Optimize DevOps strategies to support healthcare applications and cloud-based services.

Implement HIPAA, HITRUST, and other security best practices for cloud infrastructure.

Develop CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and automation frameworks.

Deploy monitoring tools to ensure system uptime, security, and performance.

Manage security vulnerabilities and ensure data integrity.

Work with developers, security, and IT teams to enhance DevOps workflows.

Lead root cause analysis and quick resolution of production issues.

Must-Have Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

6+ years of experience in DevOps with at least 2 years in leading role like Manager/Lead DevOps.

Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized workloads.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).

Expertise in (AWS, Azure,)

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Familiarity with log monitoring & observability tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Datadog).

Knowledge of server less architectures & microservices deployment.

Experience with GitOps methodologies (ArgoCD, Flux).
