Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Optimize DevOps strategies to support healthcare applications and cloud-based services.
• Implement HIPAA, HITRUST, and other security best practices for cloud infrastructure.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and automation frameworks.
• Deploy monitoring tools to ensure system uptime, security, and performance.
• Manage security vulnerabilities and ensure data integrity.
• Work with developers, security, and IT teams to enhance DevOps workflows.
• Lead root cause analysis and quick resolution of production issues.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps with at least 2 years in leading role like Manager/Lead DevOps.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized workloads.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Familiarity with log monitoring & observability tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Datadog).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of server less architectures & microservices deployment.
• Experience with GitOps methodologies (ArgoCD, Flux).
