Senior Graphic Designer
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at a leading personal care product manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver exceptional designs that align with brand strategy and resonate with target audiences. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and delivering high-quality visual content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design Development:
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality graphics for digital, print, and branding purposes.
- Develop creative assets such as advertisements, brochures, social media content, packaging, and website visuals.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity, strategy, and target audience.
Project Ownership:
- Take full ownership of design projects, managing them from initial brief to final delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to ensure project goals are met.
- Balance multiple projects and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Brand Development:
- Refine and evolve the company’s brand identity through creative design and innovative ideas.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communication.
Research & Innovation:
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to elevate the creative output and ensure the brand remains competitive.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research to drive better design decisions.
Quality Assurance:
- Deliver visually appealing and accurate designs that meet project specifications.
- Ensure a high standard of quality across all creative outputs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a proven track record of delivering impactful designs.
Technical Expertise:
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience with branding, packaging design, and UI/UX design is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and a variety of creative projects.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in motion graphics or animation.
- Familiarity with web design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Performance-Based Monthly Commission: Varies between 50-100% of monthly salary
- Quarterly Bonuses: Equivalent to 50% of monthly salary (equating to 12 base salaries + 2 bonus salaries annually)
- Monthly Fuel Allowance: PKR 10,000
