About the Role

DevXtech is looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in B2B tech sales, client communication, and lead conversion.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads
• Communicate service offerings clearly and confidently
• Maintain follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline on CRM
• Qualify leads and guide them through the sales funnel
• Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly targets
• Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written
• English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities
• Willingness to learn sales tools, CRM systems, and outreach workflows
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
• Must be comfortable with night shift timings
