Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product distribution and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general trade (GT) outlets and super marts.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility and competitor activity.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve regional and national sales targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to increase brand reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns.

Experience Required:

• 2–3 years of proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in cosmetics or skincare.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Hands-on experience working with GT outlets and retail marts
