Reporting Manager - Remote
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm – Pakistan Time (Full time (Occasional travel to Afghanistan and Dubai)
Working Days: Mon to Fri (Sat & Sun Off)
Reports To: Group Financial Controller
Location: Remote Pakistan (Occasional travel to Dubai and Afghanistan)
Salary Range: PKR 500,000 - 600,000 (Laptop & Internet Allowance will be provided).

Job Summary:
The Reporting Manager will oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and cash flow management for the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial regulations, and the ability to manage multi-regional operations.
Education & Experience:
Must Have:
- C.A/ACCA – Qualified/Finalist.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Preferred Industry:
- Proven work experience in audit firms would be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular weekly and monthly financial reports for management.
- Consolidate data from all Business Units (BUs) for streamlined reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reports.
- Highlight major issues, risks, or concerns to management for corrective action.
Cash Flow & Budget Management:
- Support regional finance teams in cash flow management.
- Maintain updated Group Cash Flow and ensure working capital requirements are met.
- Review payments and budgets before authorization.
- Perform detailed financial projections in collaboration with sales, project, and business teams.
Operational & Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with non-financial teams (Sales, Projects, and Business Managers) to provide accurate insights.
- Liaise with internal audit, compliance, and legal teams to address deficiencies and stay updated on policies.
- Review regional tax filings and oversee the audit supervision process.
- Ensure budgetary controls and alignment with business development plans.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Act as a liaison between management and finance/operations teams across regions.
- Provide support to project and sales teams in achieving their KPIs.
- Assist in aligning consultancy agreements and payments with HR policies.
- Train and mentor finance teams to enhance productivity.
