Quantity Takeoff Specialists

Location: Tulip Block, Park View City, Lahore (near Multan Road & Raiwind Road)

About the Role:

We are hiring up to 3 individuals for the role of Quantity Takeoff Specialist to join our growing team. The primary responsibility is performing quantity takeoffs on architectural and structural building plans. Candidates with experience in quantity takeoffs and familiarity with software like PlanSwift are strongly preferred, but we also value potential and offer training to help you develop the necessary skills.

While quantity takeoffs are the main focus, this role requires flexibility. You must be open to performing additional tasks, such as data entry or other office duties, when needed. Our company succeeds when everyone pulls together and contributes where the team needs it most.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th grade (Intermediate) completed.
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and software like PlanSwift is a big plus.
• Must be comfortable using computers efficiently and professionally.
• Owning a laptop is a plus (but not required).
• Ability to work with focus, speed, and dedication while delivering high-quality results.

• Shift: 9 AM start time (ensure punctuality is part of your work ethic).
• Location: Tulip Block, Park View City, Lahore (ensure this location is suitable for you long-term).
