🚨 We're Hiring: Quality Manager (Automotive Industry)

Are you a quality-driven professional with a passion for automotive manufacturing? We're looking for a Quality Manager with strong leadership and technical expertise to take charge of quality operations in a dynamic production environment.

🔹 Role Overview:

We’re seeking a candidate with 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the automotive sector, and a proven track record of managing a team of 15+ professionals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage overall quality operations across the facility

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Supervise inspection, testing, defect tracking, and corrective action implementation

Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams

Mentor, train, and upskill quality assurance staff for continuous improvement

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:

MSc in Engineering Management or BSc in Industrial Engineering

3–5 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (automotive preferred)

Hands-on experience managing medium-sized QA/QC teams

✅ Industry Preference:

Automotive parts—especially oil, engine, and air filters for motorcycles and cars.
