Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Manager located in Karachi Division. As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee and lead engineering teams, coordinating and managing software development projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, ensure seamless integration of solutions, and maintain high standards of engineering excellence. You will also be responsible for fostering team growth, mentoring engineers, and driving innovative technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, with experience in guiding and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Strong background in Software Development and Integration, with a focus on designing scalable custom solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and timely delivery of complex projects.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with industries such as automotive, real estate, education, or ERP is advantageous.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
