Job Title: Project Manager & Junior SQA Engineer

Location: On-site, North Nazimabad Block H

Working Hours:

Flexible working hours between 5 PM to 3 AM (8-hour shift to be completed within this window).

About the Role:

Innova360 is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager & Junior SQA Engineer to join our team. This dual-role position combines project management and quality assurance activities, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and high-quality software delivery. You will play a crucial role in driving project success, conducting manual and bulk testing, and working closely with clients and development teams.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, resource allocation, deadlines, and communication strategies.
• Lead project teams to ensure timely delivery within budget, tracking milestones, and managing change requests.
• Facilitate client discovery calls for custom technical projects and assist in project estimation.
• Provide performance feedback and participate in team reviews.
• Ensure smooth handover of completed products and conduct ongoing performance evaluations.

Quality Assurance:

• Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Conduct manual testing to identify defects and ensure functionality meets specifications.
• Perform bulk testing using automated scripts to handle large test scenarios and ensure scalability.
• Document test results and track issues using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on quality issues.
• Learn and apply testing methodologies while improving skills through mentorship and training.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English communication (both written and spoken) for seamless collaboration with clients.
• Minimum Experience:
• For Project Management: 1-2 years of experience in project management, Scrum Master, or related roles, with a focus on managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• For Quality Assurance: Some experience or internships in software testing or quality assurance, ideally 6 months to 1 year. Familiarity with manual testing, bulk testing, and automated testing tools is a plus.
• Experience in a Scrum Master or Project Manager role is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts and project management methodologies.
• Experience with bulk testing and automated testing tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with development teams and clients.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and project management practices.
• Experience with Scrum techniques, backlog refinement, user stories, and automated testing.

Skills & Tools:

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).
• Proficiency with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex projects.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, manual testing, and bulk testing.
