We're Hiring: Project Architect – Design & BIM

Are you an experienced Architect with advanced BIM expertise and a strong portfolio in residential or gated community projects? We’re looking for a Project Architect who can lead design, coordination, and quality assurance for large-scale developments in Somalia.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design

• Prepare full design packages (site plans, layouts, elevations, sections) using Revit and AutoCAD
• Create 2D/3D visual presentations for internal and client reviews
• Support material selection, technical documentation, and master planning of residential communities

Multidisciplinary Coordination

• Collaborate with MEP, structural, and landscape teams
• Detect design clashes via Navisworks, contribute to alignment meetings, and offer practical solutions

Site Engagement & QA

• Conduct site visits to ensure implementation matches approved designs
• Report quality issues and ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Architecture
• 7+ years in architectural design & BIM workflows
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, 3ds Max/Lumion/Twinmotion/Enscape
• Solid grasp of construction methods, codes, and digital coordination
• BIM certification is a strong plus
