A well-established organization is seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and purchasing strategies across multiple international markets. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining high-quality standards for ingredients, packaging, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for food ingredients, packaging, and equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with global suppliers.
• Optimize costs while maintaining quality and brand standards.
• Manage contracts, supplier agreements, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and trends.
• Ensure compliance with local and international procurement regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and cost-control skills.
