Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal / Campus Head to lead and manage school operations effectively. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and academic management skills to ensure high standards of education and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall administration and management of the school.
- Implement educational policies and curriculum standards.
- Lead and mentor faculty members, ensuring professional development.
- Monitor academic performance and student outcomes.
- Foster a positive learning environment for students and staff.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and school infrastructure.
- Organize and oversee school events, activities, and community engagements.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years in a leadership role within the education sector.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in administrative and academic management.
- Ability to implement innovative teaching methodologies and policies.
