Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls for various brands/services that we own.

Ensure that all interactions are professional, courteous, and aligned with our company standards.

Requirements:

Strong American Accent: Your accent must be clear and authentic.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field is required.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain a positive and professional tone.

Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately record and manage customer information.

Weekend Availability: Our busiest times are often on weekends, so being available then is a must.

Timings: 7pm to 4am

Compensation: $500/mo.

Signing Bonus: $1,000, divided by 2 months. At the end of each month's pay cycle, the rep will receive a $500 Signing Bonus

Performance Bonus: Capped at $7,500/mo.
