RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate vending management software for sales analysis, route planning & machine reporting
• Analyze daily, weekly & monthly operational data
• Manage purchases, re-ordering & supplier coordination
• Handle receiving of stock & track supplier payment statuses
• Maintain strict inventory controls (expiry, damages, variances) at warehouse & machine level
• Supervise filling captains – routes, attendance, fuel & bonuses
• Maintain salary & performance records of operations staff
• Conduct on-ground QC checks of vending machines

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business / Operations / Supply Chain or related field
• Strong Excel / Sheets & software handling skills
• Highly organized, disciplined & process-driven
• Willing to travel daily across Karachi
• Prior operations / field team management experience preferred
