To support our growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Technical Lead to join our team.

Position Overview:

As the Operations & Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in project estimation, cost analysis, and operational management. You will be responsible for reviewing grading plans, performing quantity take-offs, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Construction Estimations & Cost Analysis:

Conduct quantity take-offs based on grading plans and construction documents.

Prepare accurate cost estimates and financial projections for various projects.

Monitor and analyze project costs to ensure budget alignment.

Invoicing & Financial Coordination:

Prepare and send detailed invoices to clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing.

Collaborate with the accounts payable team to maintain financial accuracy.

Monitor overdue payments and follow up with clients for timely processing.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

Facilitate smooth collaboration by managing timely communication with clients via emails and builder portals.

Coordinate daily operations with the USA-based team to ensure project efficiency.

Operational Management & Reporting:

Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline workflows.

Maintain and update operational processes and procedures.

Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports and presentations for senior management, providing key insights for strategic decision-making.

Assist with data analysis and troubleshooting to improve operational outcomes.

Additional Information:

Remote Position: Work-from-home opportunity based in Pakistan

Technical Requirements: Candidate must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection

Work Timings: 8 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time (ET) (USA).

Compensation: Competitive salary package based on experience.

Collaboration: Regular communication with USA-based teams is required.
