Haazir is Pakistan’s leading two-sided marketplace connecting households with house staff (maids, cooks, drivers, guards, and more). Our mobile-first platform and gamified matching interface help families find the right talent in minutes, while enabling house staff to access flexible, dignified work opportunities. As we scale, we’re seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager to own both user adoption and revenue growth across our household and house-staff segments.
Role Overview
As Marketing Manager, you will design, execute, and optimize Haazir’s full-funnel marketing strategy—balancing acquisition, engagement, and sales for both sides of our marketplace. You’ll own the digital marketing budget, channel mix, and performance targets, ensuring measurable growth in:
- User Adoption: Driving downloads, sign-ups, and activation among households and house-staff.
- Sales & Monetization: Maximizing trial bookings, permanent hires, and platform fees.
- Marketplace Health: Maintaining a balanced growth ratio so both households and staff enjoy exceptional match quality and service availability.
You’ll report directly to the CEO, and work closely with the entire business to align go-to-market tactics with our broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and own a multi-channel growth roadmap (paid, organic, referral, partnerships).
- Allocate and optimize a monthly digital marketing budget (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, programmatic, affiliates).
- Define KPIs and OKRs for user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
Execution & Optimization:
- Launch high-impact campaigns across performance and brand channels.
- Oversee creative development: ad copy, visuals, landing pages, email flows.
- Run A/B tests and iterative experiments to continuously improve ROI.
- Monitor channel performance daily; reallocate spend to maximize ROI and maintain balance between household and staff growth.
- Participate in product growth from a marketing lens, providing feedback on the evolution of the HaazirPK mobile application.
Marketplace Health:
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure supply-demand equilibrium in key cities.
- Work with Product to enhance onboarding funnels, reduce drop-off, and improve NPS.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with Haazir's vendors on multiple channels, including SEO, Digital Marketing, Creative, Social Media etc.
- Partner with Analytics to build dashboards, run cohort analyses, and measure LTV and CAC.
- Coordinate with leadership on forecasting, budget tracking, and P&L reporting.
Partnerships & PR:
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships (corporates, housing societies, influencers).
- Manage PR agencies or consultants to boost brand visibility in Pakistani media and online communities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth tech startup or digital marketplace.
- Proven track record driving user acquisition and revenue growth via digital channels.
- Hands-on experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI across paid channels.
- Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics and strategies to balance supply and demand.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu.
- Experience hiring, managing, and scaling small teams across performance, content, and CRM functions.
