Key deliverables & Responsibilities:

• Manage information technology and computer systems.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems.
• Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
• Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems.
• Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.
• Implement processes to have secure network and data security.
• Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures.
• Effective utilization of in house developed applications (MIS, Online donation Portal, mobile app etc.) and timely integration.
• Implement innovations in business process optimization.
• Provide necessary support in organizational development.
• Ensure IT related Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure quick and efficient Internal IT support.
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
• Great IT skills combined with a good head for business

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors’ or Master’s degree in a computer field.

Work Experience:

• Minimum four (4) years of IT work experience (particularly in networking and system support).
