Are you a finance professional with strong expertise in payroll, disbursements, and multi-entity vendor payments? We’re looking for a Senior Finance Executive who can manage operations with precision and integrity across local and international transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Employee Settlements

• Monthly salary processing
• Manage employee records, new joiners & resignations
• Attendance coordination with HR
• Provident Fund (PF) management, loans, deductions
• Medical reimbursements & salary tax filing

Disbursements & Student Loans

• Process student loans via HBL portal
• Prepare monthly disbursement sheets

Vendor Payments & Bill Management

• Verify and process vendor invoices
• Schedule and execute payments across EduFi entities
• Handle utility bills (internet, phone, etc.)

International Transactions (Singapore)

• Prepare TT forms and process outward remittances via SWIFT
• Coordinate regulatory approvals & documentation

EduFi Pvt Ltd Financial Management

• Oversee all outgoing and vendor payments

Bank Reconciliation & Reporting

• Reconcile multiple accounts (HBL, Askari, Samba, Al-Meezan, etc.)
• Manage petty cash
• Coordinate inward remittance clearance with banks

Expense Reimbursement & Documentation

• Manage reimbursements and invoice scanning
• Upload data to shared drive and liaise with BDO for monthly reporting
