Position Overview:

A highly skilled and strategic IT Manager is required to oversee the technology infrastructure and IT operations of a fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT systems, ensuring data security, and leading technology-driven initiatives to enhance business efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Systems Management:

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.

Ensure the efficient operation and performance of all IT systems to support business functions.

Implement system upgrades and new technology solutions as needed.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection:

Develop and enforce IT security policies to safeguard company data and systems.

Monitor potential security threats, ensuring robust firewalls, antivirus software, and backup systems are in place.

Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

IT Support & Troubleshooting:

Lead the IT support team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues for employees.

Provide troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.

Establish and maintain IT support protocols and service-level agreements.

Network & Server Management:

Manage local and cloud-based network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity and performance.

Oversee server administration, including backups, storage, and disaster recovery plans.

Monitor system performance and optimize network resources.

IT Strategy & Digital Transformation:

Identify and implement IT solutions to improve business operations and efficiency.

Research emerging technologies and recommend relevant innovations.

Align IT initiatives with business objectives to support growth and scalability.

Vendor & Budget Management:

Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for IT procurement and support.

Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective investments in technology and software.

Negotiate contracts and service agreements with IT suppliers.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure IT policies comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and user access.

Train employees on IT security best practices and policies.
