Key Responsibilities:

Audit Planning & Execution:

• Develop annual risk-based audit plans
• Design audit programs and checklists
• Conduct operational and IT audits (ITGCs, cybersecurity, data integrity)
• Perform surprise audits and spot checks

Audit Observations & Closure:

• Issue reports with actionable insights
• Follow up and ensure timely closure
• Maintain audit issue tracking system

IT Controls & Governance:

• Evaluate IT control frameworks
• Audit ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), access/change management
• Stay ahead of emerging IT risks

Coordination & Reporting:

• Report to senior management and Audit Committee
• Liaise with external auditors for statutory and IT audits

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA Finalist / ACCA / CIA / CISA (IT Certifications like CISM, COBIT are a plus)
• 4–6 years of audit experience, 3+ years in IT audit (preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments)
• Solid understanding of ERP, production systems & supply chain processes
