The Inside Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinating renewal processes, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely agreement renewals.
• Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Monitoring payment schedules and following up to ensure compliance and adherence.
• Fostering client loyalty by identifying upselling opportunities to achieve business growth.
