Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, particularly within the dairy industry. The role requires a proactive leader who is capable of driving HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.

Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to staff and management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.

Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness within the industry.

Develop and implement employee training and development programs.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, and relevant organizations.

Handle performance management processes and provide coaching to managers and staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources management, ideally within the dairy industry.

Experience working in a dairy manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Strong background in corporate HR management and generalist HR functions.

Proven ability to manage complex HR issues and drive strategic HR initiatives.

Extensive external network with government bodies, banks, and other key institutions.

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in Chinese Language is a plus.

Study-abroad experience in China will be considered an asset.
