Requirements:

5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of international HR practices and labor laws.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage HR operations across multiple countries.

Experience with HR software and talent management systems.
