The ideal candidate should be strategic thinker with exceptional coaching and counseling skills to drive accountability and performance among employees. The role requires a proactive professional who can streamline HR operations and remove unnecessary policies to create a more agile work environment in Faisalabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop effective HR strategies that enhance workforce engagement and productivity.
- Act as a coach and mentor, ensuring employees are accountable for performance while fostering a culture of growth and responsibility.
- Identify and eliminate ineffective HR policies to align with business needs and operational efficiency.
- Implement disciplinary procedures and performance improvement plans for non-performing employees.
- Work closely with department heads to drive cultural change and performance-driven work ethics.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, and compliance reports.
