Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Intern to support our HR department in various administrative tasks, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Help organize employee engagement initiatives

Assist with performance review processes

Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and well-organized

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to maintain confidentiality
