Are you passionate about building teams, driving employee engagement, and shaping workplace culture? We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding.
• Develop recruitment strategies & build talent pipelines through networking & partnerships.
• Manage HR operations including onboarding, induction, policies, and employee relations.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management programs.
• Oversee payroll coordination, HR reporting, and compliance with employment law.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or related roles.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• (Preferred) Experience in the finance industry & employer branding.

What We Offer:

💰 Salary: Rs. 100,000 – 125,000
