Role Overview

Saylani Mass IT Training is seeking a skilled, motivated Graphic Design Trainer to join our mission of providing free, high-quality IT education. You will be responsible for teaching large batches of students, guiding them from basic design concepts to professional-level execution, ensuring they are ready for the freelance and corporate markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction: Deliver clear, engaging lectures and practical demonstrations on core design software.
• Portfolio Development: Guide students in building professional portfolios on platforms like Behance and navigating freelance marketplaces (Fiverr/Upwork).
• Evaluation: Review student assignments regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve their creative output.
• Class Management: Maintain a productive learning environment and track student progress throughout the course.

Required Technical Skills

• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop (Image editing, retouching, and manipulation)
• Adobe Illustrator (Vector graphics, logo design, and typography)
• Design Theory: Strong understanding of Color Theory, Visual Hierarchy, Branding, and Layout.
• AI Integration: Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance the design workflow is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Minimum Intermediate (HSC) or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in the Graphic Design industry.
• Teaching: Prior experience in teaching or mentoring students is highly preferred.
• Communication: Must be able to explain technical concepts clearly in Urdu and English.
