Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Spinning to oversee and optimize the spinning operations at our industrial facility. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in spinning processes, and a strategic approach to production management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire spinning department, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Lead and manage a team of supervisors and workers across multiple shifts.
- Monitor raw material procurement, inventory management, and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the smooth functioning of machinery and equipment.
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in spinning operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of spinning processes, machinery, and production management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multi-shift operations effectively.
