Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our company’s daily operations and drive strategic growth. This pivotal leadership role requires a seasoned professional capable of aligning business functions, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring long-term organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily operations across departments: Admin, HR, Finance, and others.

Work closely with senior leadership to define and execute business strategy and long-term goals.

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track business progress and departmental effectiveness.

Set and drive operational and financial targets while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure financial health.

Develop, implement, and uphold company policies and operational standards.

Hire, train, and mentor department heads and key managerial staff.

Ensure organizational compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Liaise with overseas offices and executive stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment.

Provide regular business performance reports, growth forecasts, and risk assessments to the executive team.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience (15–20 years) in a senior leadership role with multi-departmental oversight.

Strong understanding of business functions and operational best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, drive efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams.

Experience working in or coordinating with international offices is a plus.
