Game Director / Game Creative Lead

Location: On-site – Karachi

 Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve the game’s overarching narrative, lore, and player progression.

Lead the design of core gameplay loops and creative systems (e.g., XP mechanics, asset rarity, quest structures).

Ensure all visuals, narratives, and user interactions are aligned with the project's cultural themes and Web3 integration goals.

Collaborate with Unreal Engine developers, 3D artists, blockchain engineers, and product teams to bring the creative vision to life.

Maintain a cohesive player experience across various game environments and features.

Provide creative leadership and clear direction to internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in game design, narrative development, or creative direction.

Proven track record of shipping games or interactive experiences in a leadership or lead design role.

Strong understanding of gameplay systems, storytelling techniques, and user experience.

Experience with Unreal Engine or similar game development platforms.

Familiarity with Web3 technologies, NFTs, or blockchain-based gaming is a strong plus.

Deep appreciation for cultural storytelling and thematic authenticity.
